Our Mission
We’re on a mission to improve education with powerful, effective and affordable adaptive learning solutions that result in better learning outcomes. And AI motivates us to push further to integrate it with Active Learning methodologies.
Our Journey
2017
We built basic courses for instructors, hoping for them to come up with assessments items, but we realised instructors were more interested accessing quality assessment items.
2019
Pivoted to providing premium homework solutions and went deeper to build 20 labs with the CUNY grant.
2020
Everyone got hit hard! Colleges that did not have a tier 2 textbook provider & did not have a digital provider switched to Lrnr.
2023
We decided to shift our focus on Active learning which is going to be a lot more prominent than traditional homework solution.
2024
With the advent of AI, we want to make the platform completely content agnostic and allow instructors to create courses and assessment items seamlessly.
Future
Plans to make AI a more integral part of Lrnr. It would be used in vector search where assessment items are repurposed, and used by instructors. Also, integrating AI into Active Learning.
